How to react when your girlfriend goes out without you?

i just don't know how i feel about the fact that she goes out a lot and has plenty friends, i know that i work a lot during the weekends so i really can't go out, but i can't help feeling weird /jealous about her partying it up without me

It's a natural thing. My ex bf had to work all the time too and I would be going out with my friends or take the time to come and see him with his friends as well after partying or hanging out. And it has been vice versa. It's totally normal to feel kind of left out and jealous but at the end of the day it's that person she wants to be with and talk too. Don't make
Yourself look obsessed and where she can't go out with friends bc ur not with her. Let her have fun. Im sure she wouldn't mess with other people.

personally i'd let her do whatever she wants basically... because i don't wanna look like a tyrrant
