Bro that's not cool at all, that's actually kinda controlling behavior on her part. Some red flags there:

- You're a grown ass man, you should be able to go where you want without her permission.

- Unless she has some legit reason not to trust you, she shouldn't be acting like your mom dictating what you do.

- It's not healthy to be so codependent that you can't spend time apart from each other. Space is good.

- Telling you it's to "protect you" seems like an excuse to isolate you from your friends/family/life without her.

I'd be direct with her - tell her you need your independence and freedom to come and go as a single person. A real girlfriend will respect your needs and trust you. Watch out for any crazy emotional reactions when you set boundaries... could be a sign of deeper issues.

Stand your ground man. A relationship should add to your life, not limit it or control you. If she keeps that shit up after you talk, might be time to reconsider if she's the one for you, feel me? You don't need that possessive drama in your life dawg.
