Reasons why a woman would suddenly start dressing differently?

So this woman I work with has for the past 2 years always dressed office formal. I dress really casual and she has said before she wishes she could do that but people wouldn't take her seriously as a woman in management. Just lately, after all this te she has now started dressing in jeans. What makes a woman change her appearance like this?

Well for me women/lady/gal changed their appearance bcoz they just wanted to (lol) that both applies if we feel happy , upset , or something.. just depend in the mood

She stopped caring how other people saw her and she is now dressing to her comfortability instead of others.
