Why are they? I had a mexican bf. All he talked about was boobs and butts.

Boys often do this. And it's perfectly normal, they are entering puberty. All animals are the same, if you have a dog, you'll notice that by his 5 months, he is going to want to hump everything, couch, leg, teddy bear, everything he finds.

Because he is growing, and the testosterone level in his body is increasing, making him horny and wanting sex. That is going to stop as soon as he gets a girl.

Guys will do stupid stuff to impress women. That's why guys are always in competition, to impress women. Pretty much everything a guy does is for girls, unconsciously.

Be better at sports, eat healthier to look good, exercise to be stronger, cook better to please the woman, buy PE pills (lol), paying thousands of dollars for a wedding ring, etc.

Men always want to be the best, so they will get picked by the best woman.

To answer your question, guys don't like to be perverts, they are just guys. Girls aren't as sexually active as boys, that's why it seems to you that they only want sex.

Well, for starters males are visual so if girls are putting eye-candy right in from of their faces what can one expect. The boys are going to look and probably imagine what that candy taste like. This is not to say, "oh, the girl is asking for it, but consider how it might feel if you were the guy catching such a visual?" Indeed, there's a big difference between admiring and being blantly disrespectful, but please be careful not to allow how you dress to lend itself to such outlandish behavior.
