It's because the girl wants to attract the guy but wants to believe that the reason he's attracted to her is not because of her cleavage. She wants to believe it's because of her amazing personality. So when she catches the guy looking she is disappointed that he's not there for her personality. So why not put her tits away? Because then she'll attract less guys. The truth is, with big boobs you can't wear a lot of fashionable clothes. You can try, like the girls in the pics did... triangle bikini, U necks... but it'll always show too much. And it's just annoying when you find it hard to find good clothes and then you wear the one shirt that shows a little too much and all guys are fixated on it

Also I don't get the obsession with boobs in general. I'd just like to wear clothes without worrying about them, but if I did I'd questions like this one

Anyway, if I wear something low cut I usually regret it within about an hour, but you don't have to have them on show for people to stare, that's when I really hate it and actually get a bit upset - when I'm just wearing a jumper or something that covers my boobs and guys still gawp at them. It's really horrible, I just feel like getting on my knees and staring at their crotch while they are talking to me, see how they like being treated so rudely.

A more disturbing thing to notice is you are fine labelling men as creepy and immature when they seem to stare, but blows off when I dared to label woman as slut when she seem to wear ambitious clothing.
