It is and it isn't. Females are very much driven by the sense of smell. Very often, a woman will what you keep something or wear something belonging to her man so she could smell him while he is gone. So your desire to smell a guy's hair isn't that creepy because it's natural. Doing so while he's sleeping and you're not in bed with him that is a little creepy unless he's a baby. Don't get too bummed out about it though. It is cute.
