Do women usually tell compliment guys on how good they are in bed when they like them?

Reason why i ask is because this woman i met she tried so hard to get me in bed by teasing me with sexual jokes and we ended up having sex. After the first 2 encounters she said "wow you are amazing" and " wow you're dick is big" so in my head im thinking do women say that just because they have feelings for the guy so anything we do is very enjoyable?

This is not the first girl to say that. Another girl i hooked up which ended up dating said the same and i barley do anything in bed. Literally just normal sex. Yet she said "wow you're great in bed" and she wanted to have sex too many more times.

Just wanna make it clear that these women are not virgin nor have they been with 1 or 2 guys. They are experienced. Any opinions?

Thats why i asked cause i was thinking they were just saying that cause they were horny and to make me feel like i was the "man" but maybe they are being honest about it. Either way im not cocky about it, most guys would be but im not.
