Do I count as jailbait?

Question

Been called jailbait a few times, do I constitute as jailbait in your opinion?

I don't believe in that term. To my understanding, "jailbait" refers to underage girls who are "extraordinarily" physically developed for their age, and often mislead men into believing they are adults.

I don't believe in that term because there is nothing "extraordinary" about it. Women develop in their teens. It is normal. Every man has at least once found themselves attracted to a teenage girl (if not on multiple occasions).

The thing is, society has imposed morals on men that forbid them from feeling sexual attraction to girls younger than 18 - even if they are 17 years, 11 months, and 29 days old. You heard me right: men are forbidden for feeling an emotion. One that comes naturally to us, in fact.

Anyway, those men feel guilty and use the term "jailbait" to justify their emotions (even though they shouldn't need justification).

Nah a jailbait is a woman who makes really tempt guys into breaking the law to want to fuck her and/or who wears clothing/act sexual around older men so they would want to fuck her. Basically an underage woman who is a flirtatious tease that tries to tempt men to commit statutory rape.

I mean depends what you consider jailbait. I mean from an overall perspective like as in only older men wanting to get with girls of illegal age? Or from any gender of illegal age being prayed upon by a male or female that is older than them and is an adult? Age of consent in Australia is 16, so obviously you haven't been a jailbait for a while.
The only places with age of consent of 18 or above is a few US states and some third world countries.

But since apparently, all world standards are being set by California nowadays you might get called a jailbait by people who don't know any better.

Yeah, they use the term Jailbait meaning that a older guy could get
in trouble for trying to date you. It depends the laws where you live too
in the US they where i live in Pennsylvania age of consent is 16 but
still not legal age for anyone older than 20.
