She is still recovering after her breakup with her ex, she was in and out of a 5 year relationship with 1 guy. She's not ready for commitment or effort. But I really like her and I can't help but give her 100%. What should I do? What are my options?

I was in a very similar situation as the girl, my ex (my first boyfriend) was emotionally abusive and I didn't want another relationship for awhile after, even when there was a guy I liked and he asked me out I said no but he understood as he knew the person. just give her time, stay as good friends and let her know that at anytime as soon as she is ready and wants to you will be happy to go the next step, just don't make her feel like it annoys you (not saying you are though), might make her feel upset as it's clearly not her intention to do 😊
She's playing hard to get. She knows you like her, yet she doesn't want a relationship with you, but still wants friends with benefits with you. The best thing for you to do is leave her be. She doesn't care either way if you stay or go. There are plenty of others she can do the same thing with. You're emotionally attached and she isn't. She likes the attention. You should leave before you get hurt and you will.
I'd say give her time, it might be a hard time for her especially after a 5years relationship, I am in the same situation as her and there is a guy who really likes me but I am not ready to give it a shot, she still loves him, she needs time.
She's just using you and the moment she feels completely over her ex and finds a better guy she'll ditch you. If she was so happy she would want to be in a relationship with you.

Dude, you should have covered her face and her name... you shouldn't really reveal someone's identity unless they give you their permission. It's unethical and could be dangerous for both of you.
And your problem is?
i think she just loves u as a friend
