She likes me but now doesn’t want a relationship?

So I started dating this girl we have been boyfriend girlfriend for about a week. And I know she just got promoted at her job and now she is working all the time. But today she told me she has been working late and has been working another job as well and she doesn’t want to ghost me so now she said this can’t work right now and just wants to be friends. She told me before she likes me and wants to be with me all the time and how she misses me. I don’t know what to do because I love her so much and we have so much fun being together and we have so much in common. It hurts me to hear this from her. I know she has never been in a relationship or hung out with a guy before. But I don’t know what to do because once I got to know her she is everything to me now and I wanted to spend all my extra time with her. She said she still likes me and wants to hang out but can’t she said maybe things will change but I feel bad waiting for her and I just don’t what to do because I keep thinking about last Tuesday and how it was the most amazing day of my life when we got together.

I don't want to hurt your feelings so I'd said be her friend. I'd say it's important to communicate, if you so happen to not want to wait, or you meet someone else be kind and tell her.
I wouldn't let your mind drift into thinking she's the only girl in the world. But I'd also not suggest being angry and sulking abd going on a dating spree. Just live your life and let things occur naturally. Be her friend. Sometimes it's better to be a friend than not.

Thank you ya I was able to talk to her alone and in person and she still likes me and wants to hang out with me but right now she’s working 12 hours and helping someone else 2 days a week and has no time to hang out with me and I told her I’m not mad or upset about it. She said after next week she won’t be working as much and things may change. And I really like her now and she was the one who made the moves so at the time I wasn’t looking for a relationship so I can wait tell she is ready and if I meet someone else before then so be it and I will let her know I’m not interested anymore. But she has never had a boyfriend and I just think she made the move at the wrong time and we both agreed that it nothing either of us did it was just bad timing

Thank you. The other thing is she grew up an hour away from where I live moved to NO LA for college and then moved back to where I’m from and where her family lives now and she told me she only has like 3 or 4 friends and me and I’m her only guy friend she has.
