Well, in terms of attraction the badboy is the guy who is more attractive than your average joe and gets more sex because of it. He also gets sex when he wants without regard for any other partners he iswith. Or he may be a serial monogamist.

So, for a female, that would be:
1) a physically attractive woman. (She doesn't need to have a bad personality or not). Guys will want her anyway.
2) confident in what she wants and knows her sexual power.
3) uses that power.

I would have said a slut. It's so easy to say. But no, it's not. A bad boy is feared, sometimes respected. A slut is not.

Maybe a tomboy? I don't think it fits either because a tomboy is masculine. I'm thinking if you can create a bad boy image but still feminine enough for a girl.
