You simply say, sounds good ill see you then. And at the interview, if they ask you what your good at its customer service because you love people. If they ask what your bad at you say sitting still, you always have to be moving. Than you sell yourself. I'm always on time and I love to learn. Cheesy shit and eye contact. It's not a big job, relax. This isn't a career and your going to be making less than 10 hourly so don't trip

I would call them back to confirm because then you know for sure they got the confirmation. The biggest question they will ask will probably be some variation of "We take customer service very seriously. Give an example of one time you went above and beyond to help a customer."
"Thank you very much for getting back to me, and May 19th at 1:30pm works very well for me. I will see you then! And again, thank you very much for the opportunity."
