I know that it's good thing to have some prepared and I always do have questions I want to ask but the problem is they always answer them when talking about the company and position so when it's my turn to ask something, I always cook from water and ask 1 or 2 questions but otherwise I always say I have none.
Are there any questions you always ask when being interviewed?

You can always just get personal with them.
A job interview is technically not to assess if you can do the job - they already believe you can or you would not be there. It may serve to verify but that is a secondary function.
The primary function of a normal job interview is to figure out if you fit - basically if they like you.
So that in mind, you asking them how their first weeks were, what they find the most engaging/challenging so on when they began is all fair game. Plus while they will obviously rephrase it positively you will likely get something useful from it. Appearing eager to learn from coworkers is also generally a good trait.
Ideally don’t wait to ask questions. Do your research on the company and come with a curious mind. Ask them about plans for the team in the next few years. Ask them about the company culture and how it could be improved., ask them about the roi your position may generate.
