This girl I am texting would text back a lot in all caps sometimes.
Examples:
Me: lol what were you doing, falling asleep again Sarah?
Her: LOOOL NO, I WAS ACTUALLY AWAKE THIS TIME
Or
Me: Hey, how was the concert yesterday
Her: OMG IT WAS AMAZING

If it matters, we are both 19 years old and in college. Also, do you think she is becoming too comfortable with me now? The way she is texting me makes me feel like she is friendzoning me and just considers me as a good guy friend...

Texting in all caps has nothing to do with whether or not she likes you. Typically people type in all caps if they are excited about something. Also, it could just happen completely on accident because people don't pay attention to where the caps lock is set. If she's on an iPhone, it could autocorrect.
