That would depend on how I felt about my current boyfriend---if I had one.
If you're involved, a simple "thank you" is appropriate. If you are single and interested, try this in a soft voice. "Well, when I meet the right man, I'll be sure and tell him that." Take about ten steps away from him, pause just long enough to look back and him and smile faintly.
If he doesn't ask you out in the next few days, he's either gay or incredibly dense.

If you wanna act sweet then say "Thank you" if you wanna sound Ignorant say "Maybe" and if you really want sound edgy say "He better be!"

I usually say yes, maybe he's lucky. But that it's a matter of give and take- that he's amazing to me, so the least that I can do is return the favour.

Usually I just say that I’m lucky to have him and that he is a great guy. To my boyfriend I tell him he is lucky to have me (jokingly, but really we both just feel fortunate to have found each other). But context matters, in situations where a guy is being weird or coming onto me I might just say thanks and then exit myself from the conversation vs entertaining it

And be wary of indications he might be trying to flirt. If they happen, communicate clearly that I'm taken and if he continues to disrespect that I will have no choice but limit his contact with me.

Or always have my boyfriend with me when I see him.
