You're not the only one, I have some female friends that state it like 'men are simple in their friendships, yes is yes, and no is no. If they're pissed off or unhappy they'll say it straight away. Men are also rarely jealous of other men. Women have this special 'no, all is OK, don't worry' face that we know is not true, but don't want to deal with it.
Have you had negative relationships with girls before? It happens a lot around your age and it’s because women start viewing themselves as competition as soon as puberty starts. I am sorta like you and I struggle a little bit. For me it’s they nag me about stupid things like wanting to talk about boyfriends and clothes and it seems vapid. When ever I’m friends with a girl it’s cause we have things in common like wine , or we both like to Dance , art , etc
From the female friends I have I see it as normal. If I was honest I would say most guys are nice because sex is on their minds. A guy otherwise not a gentleman doesn't care about what makes her happy at the end of the day if she was by her self? I mean that in a way such as a cup or bowl of ice cream. In that case what's the flavor she prefers. Next, oddly enough what temperature does she have her freezer if her ice cream stays soft. Mine always seems to either melt and refreeze or I have the temp set wrong. Either way hope it helped.

Guys, unlike girls, will make an effort to befriend you, because either subconsciously or even overtly, they're hoping something will come from it. And you, mostly likely, like that attention and therefore will also put in more effort in your friendship. That's why it seems easier to make friends with guys.
That's bullshit. I have a very good friend that's a girl. She's the one who introduced herself to me. She wanted to befriend me not the other way around. I have absolutely zero sexual attraction towards her. Or her to me. So this theory that men always hope something will happen between him and a girl... Please. Don't flatter yourself
I have very good friends that are guys and at one point or another they've tried to date me. Most I have lost contact with, some I still talk to though there's an underlying concern that they might misconstrue certain comments or actions for something other than platonic. So most of the time it is like that. I will concede that it's not always that case but more often than not, it is.
Yeah it's normal a lot of girls can be very caty and agressive towards each other for example being a "2 faced bitch" and not even realising it till the betral is done. Where as guys are very simple we enjoy simple things like eating sleeping having sex and hanging out we are not that hard to figure out
Most guys including myself are very calm and chill. Not all guys are sexist pigs. It depends on the guy.
Guys are also charming. Some women can be incredibly annoying and immature. The same goes for guys but some guys like me are serious and mature.

its easier to get along with men because when they hate u they show it when they like u they show it women play passive aggressive psychological games and pretend to be nice
however the worst kind of human beings is the man who act like a woman who won't face you as a man and stab u in the back!!!

I like be hanging out with guys too, most of my best friends are male apart from a couple or of girls, but all other girls just bring too much unnecessary drama, guys are just simpler and more fun to hang with. I'd rather just deal with shit and move on than dwell on negativity and play games. I also grew up with brothers and no sisters so maybe that has something to do with it too.
I get along with both. I find it annoying when girls say this. Yes, females can be catty but if you don't get along with any then the problem is probably you. Drama is not gender specific.
No, drama is not gender specific. But from your comment you're obviously a catty person yourself. If you weren't, you wouldn't be saying what you just did to this girl. I don't get along with a lot of girls. Yes, they'll talk to me and laugh with me, but no matter what I am always left high and dry when it comes to hanging out. Guys actually let me in and don't make me feel afraid to be myself or make things awkward. They actually give me a chance instead of judging me off of first impressions. I always feel like I'm the problem and I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong. My best friend is a guy and he is the only one who's ever stuck with me throughout all the shit I've gone through. Meanwhile most of the girls I befriended are nowhere to be seen anymore because I wasn't good enough to hang out with them. It's people like you who are the problem, not the other way around.
Actually, I'm not. I went to an all girls high school, I had my fair share of issues with them. Been made fun of and humiliated by them. Been stabbed in the back by "best friends". And I've been done even worse by guys. You don't know me. Or what I've been through in my life. I'm extremely loyal. And I choose not to generalize. I have great girlfriends. And great guy friends. And I don't meet people thinking that they're going to be a certain way. You give off vibes and energy and if you don't think people pick up on it, then you're sadly mistaken. Look in the mirror. You're the catty female that I'm talking about.
I prefer the company of men too. Not for romantic reasons but because I feel like men are more direct, honest, transparent, unbiased, loyal, faithful and objective.
Please don't stress out... one of my friend have same thing she was upset by this but you now... you just have to be yourself and go with the flow... believe me enjoy yourself this is the time and please don't give a damn to anyothers opinion... and yeah to talk to a girl you should take help of your guy friends to mix you up... and slowly you'll get along...
It’s more common than you think. There are a lot of factors. You don’t like competition (lol)... you find it easier to associate with boys. So find it easier to talk. There’s no pressure to behave one way or another with boys... and young girls can be total bitches!!!

Well first , since you're a girl guys treat you nicely and actually some times girls are sometimes complicated i guess , some may think if you're talking to her that you're hitting on her ( as if you're bi or a lesbian ) but it's totally normal as i believe nothing to worry you at all
Honestly, if a girl doesn't get along with any girls than maybe she's the problem, not the other girls. Guys have even told me it's weird and it makes them think that girl night be a bitch, and tries too hard to be a guy's girl
Because you have been raised in a society that believes that women should be pitted against each other, and that all they do is compete for male approval and attention.
Girls are always in a lot of drama, boys take it a little more simple. Boys are also pretty nice and friendly, like a puppy. Some girls I know can be little b*tches

To me, it's somewhat the same... I suspect in my case, it's because I grew up with 3 brothers. I guess I know what makes guys tick !!!
I'm also a bit different from the average girl... in a male dominated career, loves sports, serious athlete, etc.

I don't ask for anything
Its easier cause with girls you have to give them something in return. A girl wants to be your friend because you bring something to the table
A guy wants to be your friend simply for being a female
Thats why its easy. With guys you don't have to do anything but be a girl. With girls you actually have to put in effort
Most women I come into contact with, say the same thing.
A lot of women feel more comfortable with men, because we accept you as you are. Men are friends with each other, women are frenemies to other women.
