There's no way to know from those two pictures. I suggest asking them to send you a picture or video of themselves with a sign that has your name or a random word, or them saying the name or word. If they don't do it they are probably a catfish.

Well my definition of a catfish is when someone is using a a photo of someone’s else other than themselves, in this case no as she has a filter on and you can still tell what her features are like.
