First off, wearing s. o's clothes, especially panties and stuffs like that are technically not clean. You might got std from it. Secondly, stealing is not a right thing to do obviously. Even if you steal guy's underwear it'd still be weird cuz basically you steal ppl's stuff and it's private stuff, so generally talking, it' s not right to steal people's things.
