Back when I was still playing rugby I had people stepping on my privates accidentally. I've also been kicked there a few times. It doesn't hurt that badly, definitely not as badly as it would hurt for guys. I think the only reason it hurts is because of the pubic bone being there.

I've slid down a stair case pole and hitting that area was quite painful. It wasn't really vagina related though. The pain came from hitting a bone.
