I hope you're point is that it's not that common (or perhaps, I hope that's reality). It's a very sensitive spot for a man. In the best case you can cause him a lot of long lasting pain and incapacitate him for a few minutes, in worst cases you may render him infertile, or even get him to lose a testicle.
It should only be done in self defense.
