This is how to get a girlfriend in 2019...

Be incredibly attractive facially

Have a perfect body

Be at least 6 ft tall

Make at least 100k a year

I know personality matters but it seems that personality only matters if those other 4 things are in place. Oh well. I guess your just one of those guys or your not and I'm not.

Any guys who have been magically able to overcome the dating world?

Dating is mostly based upon sexual attraction. Of course, similar to men when selecting women, women are more likely to chose men that they are sexually attracted to. If you look in the mirror and can't determine any characteristics about yourself likely to attract women, more often than not, many women won't be able to find those characteristics either. Women that look in the mirror and don't find any characteristics about themselves likely to attract men are often in the same situation. Perhaps women in the same situation as you are your best match if you're not sexually appealing in any way. For example, if you don't consider yourself handsome or attractive at all, it would be foolish to go for the most attractive looking women in the world because they literally have access to any man they want. They can easily choose a man much better looking than you. However, all women don't share the same preferences. Plenty of men exist in relationships that don't have a perfect body and are under 6'0" tall. Not all women care too much about money either because even poor men can find relationships. If this applies to you, then you can be one of them. If you want to increase your luck in the dating department, you simply need to expand your options and be more confident. Try to date within your league and don't be afraid to approach more women and talk to them. Make sure to be hygienic, dress nicely, smell good, groom yourself, go to places where many women are, and talk to them more. Have some personality and don't be afraid to spark conversations with women, compliment them, flirt, and ask them for their number with the intentions of having a relationship with them. If you get rejected, no matter how harshly, move on and don't give up. Keep doing this until you actually find a girlfriend. If you talk to enough women and ask enough women out, then one is bound to accept.

I think the only things on this list I care too much about is height (not assed as long as they are simular to me) and that I find them attractive... Although that's a matter of opinion for anyone..

But i'm 5'7, i'm not rich, i haven't got my academic degree yet. I got actually bankrupt and started from scratch. My penis is also average by the way. I don't have that perfect body. And i still have a girlfriend who would die for me. It's called love. It comes to you too if you be patient.

I can get them without a lot of those things.
I see it as a personal challenge though.
I make the most of what I do have.
Besides the last thing you want is to be used for your money.
You're almost better off without any.
It will attract the gold diggers.
Height is just something they like, but it's not everything.
You can still get them if you believe in yourself.
Sometimes you're better off to not be TOO atttractive, she might want to marry you.
Marriage is not always ideal for everyone.
There could be a sweet spot where you're just good looking enough to get laid and have girlfriends, but none of them want to trap you.

What is the dating world trying to teach you? What does seeming constant failure teach you?

Whatever you're doing, you're doing it wrong. You're seeking women, in the laziest way (through dating sites), using them for validation - of your own self worth? Just assuming here of course.

Cultivate yourself, in a way that makes you feel deeply content with yourself. Not by following society's materialistic rules. Busy yourself with things you believe in. Meet women in courageous ways (by going out, and initiating conversation). Become happy with yourself. A woman, will surely, fall into place. But don't be a slave to a woman. Don't sully yourself to get a woman. Grow some backbone. Be willing to say no. Don't jump at every woman that shows some attention.

And yes, there are women like that. Many women, nay people, are materialistic. Why focus on that? There's plenty who aren't.
