Be at least 6 ft tall

Make at least 100k a year

I know personality matters but it seems that personality only matters if those other 4 things are in place. Oh well. I guess your just one of those guys or your not and I'm not.

Besides the last thing you want is to be used for your money.
You're almost better off without any.
It will attract the gold diggers.
Height is just something they like, but it's not everything.

Meet women in courageous ways (by going out, and initiating conversation). Become happy with yourself. A woman, will surely, fall into place. But don't be a slave to a woman. Don't sully yourself to get a woman. Grow some backbone. Be willing to say no. Don't jump at every woman that shows some attention.

And yes, there are women like that. Many women, nay people, are materialistic. Why focus on that? There's plenty who aren't.
