What are the possible reasons my ex's new girlfriend blocked me? How would she even know my name to block me?

I'm honestly curious because I don't speak about my ex on Facebook at all! I don't know anything about his life until one day my friend screenshotted me his profile and it was a pic of him and his new girlfriend. I curiously typed in her name and she blocked me. She also blocked my mother. I don't know her at all. My ex was horribly abusive to me. I wasn't going to message her what he did to me because I don't want involved. She won't believe me anyways and I blocked him from everything, I even changed my number and it's been 8 months of no contact. She'll figure it out in time what he's about. Is he bad mouthing me? I don't know how she would even know my name to block me. I deleted every pic of us, and there are no traces of my ex on my profile, I keep it very light and positive and you can only see my profile pics. So, I just wonder why she would do that?

Yeah, that's all I could think of because what creeps me out is the fact she even knows me and my mother's name to block us. I don't know her at all and never met her in my life. She shouldn't know our names is what I'm saying.

Huh? Obviously I'm not a bitch if it was my friend who was making fun of her looks and I wasn't then sent me the screenshot of their profile pic. I blocked him from everything 8 months ago. I never tried to contact him once. So, I just am trying to move in from. the abuse I've endured with him. I am just curious because I don't talk about him, so I feel I'm not a threat.
