You can't take out choices of the individual, type of job, hours worked, time off, leave of absence, etc... take ALL jobs of all a demographic and then compare them to all jobs of another. Of course you will see a foolish gap. Just F vs M, men generally take more dangerous jobs and women take jobs that are safer, men work longer hours, men take less time off, less leave, etc. Which affects wage.
If you look at exact job... there is no gap.
When it comes to "discrimination"... there is no group more openly and acceptably discriminated against than white males. You can claim any bullshit you want to excuse it, but women have endless female-only clubs, groups, grants, funding, housing, shelters, programs, scholarships, gyms, etc.
There are even female-only libraries, parking, taxis, buses, and other bullshit things.
You also have 100% parental rights, a court system in your favor, a school system in your favor, the media is geared towards you, etc.
Don't pretend being a female doesn't have more privilege than being a male. Men have to WORK for the things they get, women have it handed to them.
