    I'm somewhat alike a "anti-feminist" because of:
-I think the whole thing is stupid. Women are pretty much equal to men in "our countries", you're wasting your time demanding "equality" here, but not being in other countries which needs it.
-It's too extreme and uncomfortable, unnecessary and stupid.
-What difference does it make? If I were a feminist, what impact would I have on people and surroundings? Probably very little. I'd just sit online and complain about men and wage gapes, no? I'd probably have no real solid arguments either.
-Feminists demand some kind of respect for being women per se. I believe respect should be earned, man or woman. Not given away for free for just being a certain thing.
-Feminism is something that often "takes possession" of the person. If they got interested in it, they will more or less devote all or much of their time to it. This might be good in certain interests, but certainly not here.
-They're disrespectful towards men and non-feminists.
-They're ignorant and not willing to listen to other opinions.

... Among others. Excuse the bad English.

My ""anti-feminism"" is nothing about "impressing men" or shit like that. It's my personal view and opinion.
Women in modern countries (?) have it good, and should be happy and thankful for it.

      Hard to say exactly.
But the moment I heard about feminism, I thought it was stupid.
So, perhaps around 14-16 years old?

I don't know completely since I am not "around those places with that kind of people".
But sure, I do see a lot of men-hate on various sites.

I'd say it's a bit of a stereotype with a bit of truth in it, for sure.
But I doubt a man walking down the street will get nasty looks.

Not really.. That's not true for a lot of women of color and generally people who belong in a minority group

Well said. Women are being used as a pawn in this feminism bullshit. It was introduced to destroy family system and create this division between man and woman in today's society. How many single mothers do you see, how many divorces are initiated by women alone each year, how many people are committing suicide the list goes on and on. How about equality for men and women, I don't think they will like that or anything that's against their interest. Funny thing is most feminists when confronted with truth or in a debate where they can't defend their position or opinion go crazy and start calling you misogynist or female hater and walk way from debate.
If feminism was truly about equality then it would have been equality not superiority which is the case, sadly. I am glad to see that some women don't buy this anymore. God Bless You All :)

Sweden is a total disaster. The worlds first "feminist" government has allowed a few million R@pefugees to come into their country, attach women at will, has criminalized any speech against the government's feminist policies, and ignores refugee violence against women --- at the same time they just sentenced a white male to 9 months in prison for repeatedly flipping off a traffic camera... but refugee rapists are, well, simply expressing their own cultural norms.

      Fuck Sweden.

Pushing out a bowling ball = DIVINE SUPERIORITY AT EVERYTHING.

Seriously, all feminism did was give women horrendous egos. Some not all.

Men really just need to stand up to us.

    We'll submit, its our nature.

"Bad boys" figure out how to run girls using their own primal manipulations.

Hence why, women obsess over having sexy figures and looks.

All men have to do, is blow off women who dont fit their desired standards, and pursue ones that do, and suddenly the wild feministic hipster icon will be obselete to the sweet pure image or whatever.

Men glorify the sexually open, wild, feminist type girls, like they did the pure virgin to be housewife image.

The world is carried by men ultimately, because we naturally submit in natures order. Men just changed is all.

But once they change again, we will follow.

The "alphas" and "bad boys," know this well.

Once they get tired of this little femi macys parade, theyll influence us to be as they want lol

That's a very interesting point, which probably explains "where all the good men have gone". We're the single mother generation, where boys aren't taught to stand up for themselves by their fathers and how to understand and handle the opposite.

Though i don't think the feminists will ever submit, only go slightly down in numbers. Far as i can tell with my research, every single wave of feminism started off with a bunch of rejected women with daddy issues, that other men didn't want to go out with.
It's a fact of human nature, we hate that which we desperately want, but aren't allowed to have.

The feminists did a mind thing, where they use our weaker sex position, to whine with our "sweet high pitched voices," to entice men to do something for us. In this case submit. Check this -

      * If an ugly, butchy, undesirable woman cries about feministic points, they are written off as being crazy and their more defiant, masculine traits are interpreted in the part of mens brain, as competition, rather than a sweet helpless appeal. Men get irritated, and that kind of femi-nazi concept and girls as such, are rejected.

      BUT,

      * Beautiful, girly, stacked, sweet voiced girls start picking up on some of those toxic ideas, and now the girl you have a crush on, your wife, your girlfriend, etc - is telling you how she feels men do not treat her fairly, and how shed love it if you were cooking and cleaning more, like the house dad she watched on TLC.

Us pretty sweet smelling, high ass pitched voice kinda gals, appeal to your dominant nature, in which you suddenly consider the request to keep order over your household... and primatively, your partner with her legs still open and ready.

      Noticed what happened?

      - The feminists use women to get to their alpha males and plead for him to accept these ideals.

Its good, in a sense of actual womens rights like voting, education etc - but when men start to feel taken advantage of, is now sparking this anti-feminazi back lash.

Other words, the alpha men are like, okay pretty thing, I see how it was unfair before, but I won't entertain anything beyond that, or else we will be competing against each other.

Women are tactful, its our thing, but we HAVE TO utilize men to make real progress. An army of men, can wipe out an army of women. This world is ran by men - but if another army of men fight for our ideals, then...

Women won our rights by appealing to the alpha men, and having men on our side, to protect and advocate for us. Once guys noticed we were hurt badly, y'all changed the world for us 💚

Well said. The lack of fathers means the lack of strong masculine role models (note, "masculine" is not a bad word, it is the natural state of a well brought up man).

Women CANNOT teach boys how to be men. This is a crisis in the U. S. and I suspect many other countries as well.

The rampant hatred, animosity, and authoritarianism of feminist probably. Look at the women's comment section, their is nothing but vile hatred. Not an attempt to understand or educate, just animosity and disgust and an implicit demand for compliance and obedience to their doctrine. So my guess is that would be the reason why they would be anti feminist (that's usually what starts it, knowledge is what solidifies the stance (as feminist arguments are not backed by any real world data of any kind).

9% of women call themselves feminist yet feminists want to talk for 100% of women.

Then look at how condescending people who are feminists talk to people who don't call themselves such. That sort of vitriol turns people that would be sympathetic into enemies.

I think the main reason is that they are starting to see that the modern idea of feminism is a self-contradicting ideological circus. For one thing, there's no unifying authority or philosophy. One "feminist" says it's about independence. Another says it's about equality. And yet another says it's about man-hating and women's superiority. Each of them claims to be the true feminist. Some support the psychological fantasy that a woman can become a man and vice versa, others soundly reject it. No one wins.

Second, from what I've seen, many feminists seem to think that being a woman automatically means being a feminist. They claim ownership of women while at the same time claiming to fight for the rights and freedom of every woman everywhere. If a woman says "I'm not a feminist", she gets attacked. Ask Kaley Cuoco about that one. Either that, or they are retorted that they "don't know what true feminism is". It's almost as if they're saying that if you're not a feminist, you're not a woman. For more on this, see the previous paragraph.

Third, they're probably embarrassed by all the goofy stuff they see at the Women's Marches and all.

Fourth, they're tired of the "man's world" narrative. They want men to be men. They see that men are naturally better suited for certain professions than women are and vice versa. When they see women being encouraged into positions for which a man might naturally be a better fit, they actually seeing men being glorified more than women. To tie in with my first paragraph as well, they see it as a blurring of the line between men and women and therefore an undermining of all that feminism is presumed go be, regardless of which definition they go with.

I've said it many times before, but I'll say it again. Feminism is ultimately a solution that's looking for a problem.

Feminism stirs up contrived injustice, and proposes an even more contrived remedy. The result is to aggravate the problems it proposes to solve, to enslave women to single motherhood, without love or support, and victimization by complete losers who prey on female desperation. They take whatever they can get, mostly money and sex, but also the woman's dignity, self respect, trust in others, and feminine identity and purpose.

But, if we don't have feminism, which can be dealt with, we might get something even worse! But, no, feminism serves no good purpose. Woman's rights were established by the Catholic Church. Every supposed victory of feminism was a loss in disguise, because the second condition was worse than the first!

Now we're inching up to mandatory registration for the draft applying to all women! And that's better? Devoting one''s life to a career, and dying in isolation, knowing your genetic code has been weeded out of the human gene pool! When you pass on, you will be wiped from history, as if you never existed.

So, feminism is a genetic cleansing mechanism to weed out the DNA of women who won';t reproduce. Do we need it? I think all women would do better without it.

Well, the video is gone, but I find it funny that the "feminist" in the thumbnail was wearing a shirt that has a depiction of Che Guevara (a MALE mass murderer, homophobic and renown racist). Anyways, third wave feminism isn't needed in pretty much any 1st world nation. The wage gap has been debunked 1000000000x, women suffrage is over, and women enjoy all the same right as their male counterparts. Feminism has become nothing more than a cultish group of narcissistic sexists. Women who want the title of being oppressed, to up their selves in the victimhood Olympics. To look to the world and say "Woe is me, for I am a woman and oppressed! Please pay attention too me!". When that doesn't work, they resort to hostility, rudeness, and erratic nonsensical public displays (painting with menstrual blood, shaving their heads etc). This all serves the same purpose. Garnering attention. All the while this is going on, they are trapped in an echo chamber of like minded, misguided women, thus strengthening their resolve. Feminism today isn't about equality, it's about pressuring women into being "victims", so they can use their oppression card to find themselves on a higher platform than men... not an equal one. It's about aggression, sexism, narcissism, and hatred. There is no "patriarchy", no one is out to get you, sexist men exist, but there isn't a systematic dynamic to it, just assholes. Just like women. So any woman reading this awfully written rant of mine, just hear this. Men aren't out to get you en masse. If you want something in life, achieve it without the use of a victim card. Thats true strength.

So in short, what would make a young woman be anti-Feminist? Well, usually common sense.

I believe that extremist within the movement (radfems) have dragged the reputation of feminism thought the mud. There may be some feminist who still truly are trying to promote equality. But too many women just use feminism as a means to express anger and bitterness against men. A lot of radfems promote ideas that are down right bigoted. I'm a black guy who doesn't tolerate being hated because of my race, but I don't tolerate being hated because of my gender ether. being hated by feminist really isn't that different from being hated by white supremacist. I mean hate is hate. Some feminist clam that its ok for people to hate others who have more privilege then themselves. But that doesn't make any since, the act of perpetuating hated is within its self immoral. A real social justice advocate would have the common sense to know that hate only begets hate. That's why MLK fought social injustice by promoting piece and harmony, not hated and division. Most radfems and sjws don't really care about social justice at all, and shouldn't be considered liberals because they don't care about liberalism. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that a lot of them secretly wants Trump to when 2020, because a another Trump victory would play in to their patriarchy narrative. I am a proud American democrat, but I do not deny that toxic feminist and sjws have reeked havoc within the party, and they are more responsible for the rise of Trump then the right. That's why I believe young women (including young women on the left) are becoming anti-feminist

    It's not being "Anti-Feminist".
    It's more like "Anti-Modern-Feminism"
    Average Feminists are not bad.
If you are using that word that is.
I don't believe the word should even Exist.
You should be Upfront with it and want equality, not feminism.

Because supporting feminism in itself is pushing the issue in our minds that let's give women more opportunities, after a while this really does get out of hand.

Keeping men involved by saying equality instead of feminism is already much better.

If the true goal of feminism was equally it would not have "fem" in it and they would just be egalitarian. Feminism is a marxist construct set around a victimhood narrative which is based off disproven patriarchal theory and the disproven deluth model.

If you are a woman and you’re not a feminist then you’re literally against being treated equally? Makes no sense. The cause of non-feminist women is either being uneducated on what feminism truly is, or wanting to suck up to men. Why would you be against something that betters the treatment and opportunities for your gender? That’s like trees being against the whole “save the planet” movement.

Not being a feminist is actually working towards equality.
Being a feminist is whining about non-issues and trying to play victim to get superiority over men.
This is shown by all actions of feminist.
The more educated a female the less likely she will be a feminist. Since the only issues you complain about are fake and you never look outside your echo chamber.

      Rape culture isn't real
1 in 4 is a bullshit Mary Koss stat.
Wage gap is so easily proven false it's laughable.

Common sense. Last year there was a huge gathering of women on the mall in Washington DC. Those pink pussy hats as far as the eye could see. I went to ask women what it is they want. What is it that's not afforded to women based on their gender in this country? I was never offered an answer that made any sense. I did hear that.77 / 1.00 argument which was misleading when Mary Tyler More said it to Lou Grant in the 1960s. Maybe you could enlighten me, what the fuck do you man hating can't find enough to be pissed off about people want? Gloria Steinum and the Feminists are like the female version of Al Bundy and No MAM. I am woman hear me roar by Hellen Ready may have been the best thing to come out of that mess.

It's the vile hatred and anger. It is long past bettering women, it's about either hating men or helping crooks like Hillary get elected or pretending Brie Larson is a good actress because she hates men.

I was a Democrat growing up because I thought they stood for equality, freedom of speech and fairness. Now it just seems like they want to settle petty grudges. Feminism is a big part of that.

For me both are feminism and anti-feminism are wrong. Every situation needs common sense, lack of selfishness and compromise.
I don't like feminism because I've seen extremely strong manipulative mothers who grow up weak sons.
I don't like anti-feminism because usually such women would like to stay at home while father is stress to lose his job, because he must provide to whole family. And risk if father die/sick also there.

Possibly being anti-anything... If you look closely, any idea/philosophy/current has weaknesses, real-life cases it cannot properly address. A critical mind would not submit to any one label, because as a name in human language, it is bound to remain constant, as well as the images it might conjure in minds... Every human experience is different, and should be evaluated within its own constraints.

@_my_fukking_anarchy don't you see the contradiction in that statement though? You basically just said "we already got what we want so now we have to make up new boogeymen to scare women into joining our cause." How can you believe in a so-called patriarchy and want to tear it down while in the same breath saying "equal and fair treatment of both genders"? "Smashing the patriarchy" is just a different way of saying "we don't like men being in positions of power so we have to remove them from power". I do respect your opinion and your willingness to engage in dialogue with people you don't necessarily agree with, so on that point you're already miles ahead of some of the feminist ideologue types I've had the mispleasure of running across. I just view these two presuppositions as contradictory in their aims-- whether or not those aims are explicitly stated or advertised.

Except, that isn't what we're saying. You're just parroting trash from anti-feminist propaganda.

We aren't yet equal. There's still much more evolution to be had.

Smashing a system that prioritizes one certain kind of person does not necessarily mean we think that kind of person can never have any power. Yes of course there is hyperbole and conjecture about how a matriarchy could be different. But the mainstream feminist wants to peacefully coexist with men, doesn't hate men, and just want what's fair and due - not to see men suffer and fail.

Feminist talk about culling men down to 5% of the population, forced castration, how every man is a rapist, all sex is rape, et. al.

I think if a woman in honest and actually puts some thought into it, it's obvious.

I would add that women are privileged today (at least in the US).

Women can vote, but don't have to fight wars.
Women can opt out of parenting, abort or abandon the child, men can't.
Women are protected, they have programs, people care, nobody cares about men, in fact feminist fight/protest men's issues. Just look at our work deaths or suicides.
Family courts protect women and abuse men.

Women need to start thinking long term, if the word sucks for men then it sucks for your future sons too.

The word feminist means that you want every gender to have equal rights.

    I'm anti feminazi tho.

I think that makes girls anti feminist is the fact that so many feminazis call themselves 'feminists' just to have an excuse to hate men.

Women become anti feminist when they realize feminism is a sham that doesn’t actually practice what it preaches. Besides , most people (men and women) don’t identify as feminists. It’s a only a minority who identify as feminists.

Usually it just takes seeing how poorly some feminists like ‘Big Red’ treat men. Although its not always so emotional, I have to believe sometimes they’re just egalitarians who don’t like the laser focus on feminism as some kind of womens’ lobby in particular. But then again there are also traditionalist women who embrace gender roles and view feminism as a threat to something they’re used to or want.

Not obviously a woman, but I’ve noticed from my female friends, family members, and miscellaneous people I’ve witnessed. I can at least make a strong guess. The last election, there wasn’t as big of a turnout for the female candidate as was hoped for. When I asked one of my female friends questions like “does Hillary inspire you as a woman?” They said “hell no!” When I asked my friends who have sons why they didn’t vote for Hillary they said “I was afraid of what she would have done as far as laws Would get passed that may have ended up hurting my son, and the world he would grow up in.” And I’m sure they heard “oh how dare you waste your vote and betray your gender!” If I had children I wouldn’t allow for them to ever be exposed to trans story hour, or told stupid Marxist socialist ideologies in school.

The purpose of feminism is to make equality then why is it all about women only? It makes no sense and its nonsense at present time. I will at least say, it did make sense when women were deprived of the right and it no more the case. Its concept is fundamentally wrong in the present situation.

@roland77 I mean its completely understandable, women are just a people. They are just taking advantage of their own situation to look better themselves in expense of others. I mean if women are free to do prostitute, men are free go to them; its not both party are doing any wrong. If men is going to prostitute is wrong then women doing prostitute is wrong. But problems comes when feminist think from single perspective and claim all men are evil and can not be trusted because they go to prostitute, which is not true, only some men go and some women go too. They are officially man hate group.

      Let's talk equality:

Why is THREE TIMES as much medical research done on women's issues as opposed to men's issues when women already are a larger percentage of the population and significantly outlive men? "Equality" would mean you want less money of women's research until the mortality rates are equal and the populations are evenly female/male?

Whey is it a MARRIED woman can get an ABORTION without her husband even being informed let alone having to give his consent, BUT a married man has to get WRITTEN PERMISSION from his wife to get a vasectomy?

Why do men make up 75% of suicides and yet NO ONE cares?

I could go on, and on, but I don't see the point.

@starasun WRONG. People who think feminism is about "equality" are the ones who don't understand what feminism is all about. No sane person is against honest equality, and equality has been written into law in all first world countries.

Here are some foundational feminist quotes. Please let me know if you agree with them:

The male is a domestic animal which, if treated with firmness... can be trained to do most things." -- Jilly Cooper, SCUM (Society For Cutting Up Men, started by Valerie Solanas)

"If life is to survive on this planet, there must be a decontamination of the Earth. I think this will be accompanied by an evolutionary process that will result in a drastic reduction of the population of males." --Mary Daly, former Professor at Boston College, 2001.

The proportion of men must be reduced to and maintained at approximately 10% of the human race." -- Sally Miller Gearhart, in The Future - If There Is One - Is Female.

"I feel that 'man-hating' is an honorable and viable political act, that the oppressed have a right to class-hatred against the class that is oppressing them." -- Robin Morgan, Ms. Magazine Editor

@prasanp Feminism is about women only for the same reason razor blade manufacturers advertize their blades ride over chins better while taking off that stubble. Because it doesn't really apply to women. Feminism is about giving women a voice. If a US state bans abortion and women believe the state is mistaken, it's usually feminists who organize and provide contrary arguments. That's not misandry.

Because there's an underlying factor with women globally that suggest otherwise that ungodly practices have construed with the hierarchy of women around the world that dont conform to obideince towards the Lord. @KrakenAttackin What absolute bullshit. Marxist views were about smashing capitalism and making workers less like serfs and more influential. Marxist feminism was related to that.
Feminism in the west ranged from demanding the vote be provided women, to reducing barriers to education- the first female doctors had a rough time getting accepted in university- to barriers to owning land, and in Canada a female wasn't considered a "person" by law until 1927.
There is much more to feminism, historically, than the sliver of Marxist beliefs followed by communist countries.
A female today dealing with abortion issues doesn't have to be a Marxist to have an opinion.

Probably the sheer absurdity of modern the feminist movement.

It's no longer a message of equality but an anti male/patriarchy/blah blah

I think most reasonable people see a negative message rather than a positive one & use some critical thinking.

Radical feminist pushing for insane things like abortion day before birth doesn't help the cause.

Men and women can never be 100% equal because we are not the same. There will always be more men working, because women have babies. There will always be better male athletes, testosterone = higher muscle mass.

That's not to put women down though, I think that my mental capacity is equal to a man's. I just think that some of the gender roles we have make sense.

let put it simple word, young women are more independent and have lot of right that old women were deprived of and old women never get out of their insecurities even though they got what there right is. And people looking down on other are the worst for whatever reason there is. Some women are using a word feminism for their own interest and convenience in expense of other and may be some young women don't it. I at least thing so.

Oh wow what a topic. Look, there are cons and pros with feminism. I think the first wave was ok. They take it to extremes these days. All in all, men are wimpy. I don't know if it is what they pump into the water or food. The point is, if you cannot stand up to your woman, you will never be able to conquer the world. So she deems this as weak. Though there are exceptions to most things in life given the right context.

What women should be more concerned about is ACTUALLY GETTING equality. What would "equality" mean?
      - Drastic cut in spending on women's health care issues as research favors women 3 to 1 vs men, and yet women already outlive men.
-Women would have to have drastically higher fatality rates at work (980% higher) before they reach "equality".
-Women would have to learn how to design, build, maintain, repair, almost everything; rather than just making noise until a man comes along.
-Women would have to be drafted into combat positions at HIGHER rates than men as women make up a greater percentage of the population.

I could go on and on. Let's just say the LAST thing women really want is "equality".

When they have something serious happen then they'd either use that against you or drag other women down for it. Of course, I've met plenty of great feminists who are rational and calm, I'm only speaking on the minority that I've seen.

Oh, every time a male writes "common sense" or "logic" they earn more up-votes by males and more down-votes by "females" (read: feminists of 3rd wave).

They don’t cave into the liberal agenda and the brainwashing the mainstream media forces on them

In the US? Mostly ignorance. They have no idea of the legal position of women in the US as recently as 40 years ago.

Well for one she is too smart to be brainwashed and socially engineered by TV and the news. Anybody with a mind of their own doesn't fall for this kind of alt left liberalism

@Femdomina You can believe whatever you want.

I'm an agnostic, left-leaning Chilean. But I'm honestly bored of the whole hypocrisy you fucking gringos impose to the world as the ultimate truth.

Thank you for siding not with both of them (anti- and feminists). Just spread love and kiss at least (they say on average) daily 5 times... on tongue. :-)

Because young women, as much as young men, do not consider themselves a victim class.

What drives a young woman to be an Anti-Feminist? Honesty, intelligence, compassion and a sense of fairness, that's what.

It's also a desire to actually think for herself and learn the facts on her own rather than blindly following the pack like a lemming and accepting feminist rhetoric at face value.

well as a man I just thought modern feminism is horrible propaganda against men from the enemy so they take more, demoralise and crush a mans heart so if any modern woman with values turns against it its a win! Why we hate!!

Because feminism in 2020 doesn't exist. Third Wave feminism is anti-man not pro-woman. Big difference.

by the way so many of those rabid feminist chicks love to be dominated hard in bed. Curious. How do I know? Because I've done it

The major reason women are anti feminist is that feminism of the current age is spiritually toxic.

Generally logic and intelligence will make a female an anti-feminist

Full disclosure: I'm a dude. That said, I'm guessing obnoxious feminists have something to do with it.
