you just carry on being you... yes he may find that you being socially awkward is unnatractive but if you was a confident popular girl you would have a different guy telling you that you are overly confident and he prefers more quiet girls...

Depends to what degree. I met someone who was so socially awkward that they could not even make eye contact lol it was bad.
