Subconscious signs a girl likes you?

There is a girl that I've known since birth that I can't tell if she is just friendly or actually has a crush on me. Everybody tells me she likes me. But I really can't tell. Recently I saw her and I was talking to a friend. She comes into the conversation and we start catching up telling the guy we go back to diapers. As she is talking to me she starts picking lint off my shoulder/arm. I wonder is that a subconscious sign she likes me or is that simply her picking lint off me?

Look mate , first of all you gotta start small , joke about things related to love and relationships and notice her reaction , if the reactions good slowly advance to ghe next stage of actually caring for her just the way she does for you if not then just leave the thought and don't ruin what you already have

If you've known each other that long she's probably just picking lint. It's doesn't mean she doesn't like you though.
