Girl Exposing Shoulder When We Talk. What does it mean?

Hello everyone

So, there's this girl that I think likes me. I also like her but nothing concrete has been done since we may not be in the sane environment soon.

Regarding the question of this post, on two or more occasions, when we are talking with a short distance between us, she exposes either of her shoulders. I'm also not sure if it's a conscious or subconscious action that she is performing.

I'm not certain of her intentions because on some days, she's the absolute cutest little thing that acts so adorable that I just want to hug, and on other days, she seems to give like a relatively cold shoulder and I get the vibe that I'm just being a nuisance.

In some moments, she even plays with her hair in such a sheroism and childish manner. She even allows me to give her light cheek kisses when we hug as a greeting.

Also, she looks down/away when I maintain eye contact whilat smiling. When she does this, if she was smiling prior, that smile would disappear. She won't start frowning, but she won't smile like before.

Please, with the shoulder exposure having priority in this question, what do all these signs mean?

Is it shyness, a tease, harmless flirting, or any other similar thing?

Or could it all just be coincidence?

She's just mad because you're not making sexual advances towards her. Well she's also trying to keep a lookout for any guy that might catch her eye so she can have sex with. You're just easy to manipulate that's the only reason why she still taking interest. Take it from a woman who knows this stuff. I did take her out and we do blend.

But I don't know if it's worth it as I don't have too much cash, have bills to pay, and I'm recovering from an injury that prevents me from properly going out.

But I just feel as bit odd.
I can't get into more details to maintain her privacy, but as reply on this post from a lady that explained how her behaviour is manipulative.

In hindsight, I can see how what the lady says matches her behaviour somewhat. But my gut tells me that it is what it is, but also not what it is.
