@FictionalCharacter I seldom say that a lady is wrong, but in this case, maybe 'misunderstanding' that 'cuddly' is the nice, and the sensual side, that some that don't know as that BLISS, and judge too harshly on themselves, maybe. You might be misunderstanding the differences, perhaps, or someone has lied, and judged, and said 'fat' not understanding the details of 'Cuddly' and "soft".

Women hold fat easier and even thin / healthy women will almost always have fat somewhere on their body. It has to do with female hormones and such.

Girls have more body fat percentages than men, and the estrogen usually gives them softer skin. Also they are usually not very dense muscular wise.
