I would be very worried if I had starch marks or had been pargnet. Tip: always read through your posts for spelling and grammar before posting. Installing Grammarly is a good idea especially if English is not your first language.
Okay, joking aside I have significant stretch marks that I got while I was pregnant (no you can't see a picture). I do not know the medical details, somebody who knows about the subject can answer that, but my skin got to a point where it exceeded the natural elasticity and it became permanently marked. Beyond my own experience stretch marks can also be common on people who have experienced significant weight change.
However, I know some people who have been pregnant and not had any stretch marks. The amount of elasticity we have varies from person to person. I also know people who have stretch marks but they have not been pregnant or been through any form of weight change.
No, it just means her weight has shifted too quick for her skin to stretch properly, and so it cause stretch marks. Most girls get them when their weight fluctuates during puberty.
