Girl looked away when I waved?

She turned her head to the side and looked down. Not exactly what I was hoping for...lol.

Is she just shy or not interested?

Ouch...Dude that's a bad sign. But did she smile whilst looking down? If so it mean she's shy but if he just looked down..I honestly don't know. Cause that's kinda rude, even if she wasn't interested the normal thing to do is reciprocate. She seems sorta rude to me. But you never know! He could e extremely shy and might like you a lot buy didn't wanna show it. (Small chances of this though...)

I don't think she smiled, but I don't really see her smile much. I don't think she's rude, but I don't know...no idea what she's thinking. I was thinking that maybe she's very shy, because she seems to only have a few friends, and once-upon-a-time I was like her (I'd avoid contact with people I didn't know really well to begin with).

But she's also a girl, so I'm worried I did something to creep her out.

Or it's possible I'm confusing her, because I think previously, she'd walk by me and I wouldn't do anything. So suddenly today, we're walking by each other in opposite directions, and I was almost about to stop and say hi but instead I just waved and she looked away. So I'm pretty confused too. We haven't been formally introduced yet, though I think we see each other a lot. This was the first time I waved.

Hell, she could have just been zoning out. I can't tell you how many times a week someone waves at me or says hi and it just totally doesn't register until a few seconds after they pass me. So that could of happened. Or she could be shy, or unsure if you were waving at her or someone else, or she could just hate your guts. Good luck.

Oh, those possibilities are so different though!

The one reason I didn't think she zoned out, is I don't see why her head would suddenly turn the way it did. You know, that's an unusual way to turn your head normally. You might look down, or you might look to the side, but generally you don't look both down and to the side. So I thought she was clearly looking away from me, but then nothing is certain.

uhh.. she still could have been zoning out. I usually look in odd directions when I zone out. even if its the floor joining up with the wall, its still worth staring at if I'm in zoning out mode. but I'm an oddball. so maybe you're right.
