I had the same plan when I started working out - To have the body of a bodybuilder but the skills of a fighter. However, there comes a point when you have too much muscle and it become detrimental to your success as a fighter. Like for me, I’m 6’1 and I wanted to get to around 190 lbs, 8-10% body fat. But the ideal for a fighter would be more like 175 lbs. Also, I’ve heard a lot of guys say they attract the most amount of girls with a skinnier physique like a fighter instead of being a bit bulkier as a bodybuilder. That’s part of why I asked this question. To see what girls had to say. And it’s pretty much what I expected.

That’s like a natural bodybuilder at about 10-12% body fat who isn’t quite at his max muscular potential but close
