Girls, A girl randomly turns on read receipts, reads message then never replies, what does that mean?

Been talking with this girl I met a couple months ago and we’ve been talking every day since. I respond to a text like normal and I go to the text to see if she responded and found out she turned on read receipts and left me on read.

The only thing is I don’t know what she’d be mad about, we just had a normal conversion going on then that happens. To add, a hour after that she hits me with it something is off about the vibe but prior conversation didn’t warrant any change in my opinion.
