My EX girlfriend who I am very close with has been leading me on, basically saying we'll meet up again after lockdown sending I miss you texts, confiding in me.. etc.. I guess I am quite naive and assumed this was going somewhere😂 she definitely is responsible for keeping me on the hook...
Up til recently it's been good between us, I sent this girl flowers and she loved them. 2 weeks later I find out she's recently been seeing some guy. I confronted her about this and she lied? But then came clean.. Why did she lie about this? Why did she not come clean after I sent her flowers, to spare my feelings? It was an obvious intention of romantic interest. I was the back up option right?
This guy was obviously of "Higher value" in her eyes, so she was keeping me as back up. Which is totally wrong. I hope she feels guilty about leading me on. I got angry and cut contact (she knows she hurt me) she is probably sending I miss you texts to the guy she's seeing now haha.
