How can I stop feeling like I'm bothering people?

I don't like talking to people because of the way they make me feel, that's why I usually stay to myself. Most of the time I feel anxious and experience intense emotions whenever I talk to people plus I'm very conscious about everything I do and say, because one wrong move can hunt me for years!.

Anytime I text people and they reply with a short text I assume that I'm boring them out, which most of the time isn't the case, I would like to change this mindset but I have no idea on how to do that. For example I could change it to *its a privilege to talk to me* but then that's just too prideful because I'm a nobody lol. I'm just tired of feeling like a disappointment ๐Ÿ˜• any suggestions?
