I have an issue with a girl but don’t know what I’ve done?

So I am a guarded/reserved type of person I don’t get close to people and like my own space and I have recently met this girl which we have connected, had deep meaningful conversations etc and we’ve gotten close. it just started off as friends and now I think I’ve got feelings for her. I feel we have a vibe/sexual tension but for other circumstances nothing will happen. She knows it as well but she continues to push and pull for some reason. It’s making me frustrated because I don’t know why she’s doing it. I tried to talk to her about it face to face but she won’t tell me me. I have also messaged her and now she’s blocked me. I don’t understand and it’s really hurtful because I don’t get close to people and thought she was a nice genuine person. Her behaviour doesn’t add up and don’t know why she doesn’t want to be friends anymore.

No she didn’t exactly tell me, but she has done stuff which I can tell she does like me. She keeps trying to edge me on so that I make a move but I can’t/won’t. I just want to be friends with her for now and then later something might happen between us. It’s like she doesn’t want that and is frustrated I’m not doing anything. Then when I try to talk to her she won’t tell me what she wants, and now she blocks me. I kind of know what she wants but I want to have an open conversation with her about it but she doesn’t want to. I just don’t get it.

She acts flirty, gives me light touches, laughs at me all the time, hinting to hang out together, tries to make me jealous, talks louder when I’m around, stares at me, fidgets, acts nervous, checks me out by looking me up and down, plays with her hair, looks deep into my eyes when we talk etc. I can just tell by her body language and stuff that she does like me
