So, I am a manager at a pub and a girl started a few months ago, we found out we were both single and we started flirting during work here and there. She seemed to be into me and mentioned that she’d seen me on hinge etc but because she had two jobs we rarely worked together.
A few months a ago she liked me on hinge and when i saw notification pop up her account was deleted, when i asked her if she had liked me on hinge, she confirmed she did but then had deleted her account because of something else not related to me and asked if i would have liked her back.
whilst this was going on and were were flirting before anything happened with us, my ex re-entered the picture and we starting hooking up again whenever she came back (she works abroad) so only comes home every few months. However i did keep flirting with the girl at work and did always ask if she was seeing anyone, the girl at work did mention she had been on a few dates but nothing had come from them.
I did keep flirting with this girl but, nothing was moving forward, I think because of the manager/worker relationship and around Christmas time me and my ex got back together properly to give it another go, but I did notice that the girl at the pub seemed shocked/annoyed by this and did pull back a bit
things didn't work out with my ex and we split up again and after this the pub girl left the pub for a new job. I did then like her on hinge and she liked me back and said she always thought i had ‘game’ and we agreed to meet up round mine. We ended up hooking up but i kicked her out of my flat as my flat mate was coming back home, as she didn't want anything serious i didn't think much of this. it turns out she was a bit hurt and we agreed to end it as we wanted different things. I wanted a bit of fun and she wanted something more casual
We’ve not seen each other kn a while and she added me on instagram, should i take this as she wants to try again or just leave her alone until i’m ready for something casual
