I ruined my relationship. Is there anything I can do now? Can I get her back?

All of this happened right before Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I would deny that I had a girlfriend/ relationship to other females. I commented on a girls pictures calling her baby and I didn’t know my girlfriend saw it. She posted a story and I replied saying My Loove then a hour later I asked her if she made fake accounts of me. Later on, notice she sent me a screen shot and a long message on my notifications saying “ HAHAHA your a funny little B*tch… etc… all of those I love you’s and I’m happy to have you were all bunch of lies… etc….. I won’t force you to love me because that won’t ever happen, thank you for making me look like a clown. Night. I despise you” I didn’t open the message. The next day I also commented on a picture of the same girl saying “ my baby “ in Spanish. I opened the message my girlfriend sent me and just left it at read. I know I fked up

All you can do now is learn from this, because I cannot envision her taking you back after so much disrespect and how you ruined the trust. Maybe you’re better off single, so you don’t have to worry about anyone else’s feelings but yours and can do all of these things problem free. There won’t be a girlfriend to pretend you don’t have because there isn’t one at all. Use this time to become a better person for the next girl you date.

Apologize and explain your side of the story. Show how much you love her.
If she doesn't take you back, give up and move on. It's your fault after all.
