Girl's Behavior

I hurt someone and she broke up with me. Now I want her back. What should I do?

I met this girl around a year ago and we instantly clicked she's absolutely beautiful, loving and caring. I never asked her to be my girlfriend but we dated for a few months, she's amazing and I really cared for her and really liked her. Then covid-19 came and she got stuck in another country till now while I was here alone, she was always very sweet to me and never acted clingy or needy during this time apart and always gave me space. But I missed her a lot during this time and I needed to relive the tension so I started dating and sleeping with other women. I mean she's not dumb and she knew I was up to something and I kinda pulled away and started acting distant but I never had the intention of hurting her. In July I guess she was fed up with what was going on and started acting distant, she stopped texting me and since then she only texts me unless I text her which is like once in a blue moon but she's really cold now. Today I texted her because I wanted to check how is she doing. We had a brief conversation about our situation I apologized and she said she has no hard feelings towards me and wishes me all the best. I didn't answer because I simply don't know what to say but it felt like a goodbye message. Do I have any chances with her? What should I do to get her back? I miss that woman so freakin much.
