Literally wrong on both assumptions.
That that entire premisse, that women will leave you at the opportunity of something better implies that they do not love you for you. Which is completely false. Who you are matters to them. Which is a truth many have a hard time accepting because it places the blame on them, on who they are and not on what they have. But it is true.
