Do nice guys always finish last with you?

When I was in my late teens, I was very sweet, shy and caring. But I often found that girls treated me as just a friend, or didn't even consider me for dating/ long term when I asked them out. Later now in my mid to late 20s I'm still those things but I'm also more confident, experienced and cheeky ๐Ÿ˜„ and I find myself attracting women by pure charm, wit, humour and good looks. However, many of my friends are still just sweet, shy and caring, but always seem to strike out with the ladies.

I am a straight guy, but if I was a girl, I'd love to be with guys like that, I just don't understand why some girls are so rude and dismissive of them ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™‚๏ธ

I was in the city centre outside some clubs, a girl dropped ยฃ20:

I picked it up and said "excuse me, I think you dropped this ๐Ÿ˜Š" she said "thanks, now fuck off ๐Ÿ˜ "
Me" excuse me, I just tried to help you ๐Ÿ˜ก"
Her "So what? You want me to suck your dick now?"
Me "Nah, I don't know where you've been ๐Ÿ˜„, I'm keeping the money by the way" and I walked over and gave it to a homeless person.

Apologies, correction: I find myself attractive women unintentionally, by just being myself which makes them feel happy and relaxed around me. And the point of my story was, that would of been an amazing meet-cute, but when I was sweet, she was rude, and when I was cheeky, she seemed aroused 😄 I don't understand women sometimes.
