So there's this girl that was my classmate (we are somehow friends) and now she asked me if i can go with her to the library , Is she flirting?

It could be both. Here are some scenarios to help clarify.
Flirting:
1. She was playful and smiling. Maybe pulled your arm or something for you to go with her. Maybe jokingly begged you to go.
2. She didn't ask anyone else that was there. (if there was a group of you to choose from)
3. Didn't really study when you got there. You guys just talked a lot about things that are not school related or were flirting.
4. Constantly wants to be alone or close in proximity to you

Just wanted to study:
1. Talked to you like a friend/family would. As in, she wasn't overly happy, had a normal tone, and wasn't pushy about you actually going.
2. You actually studied when you got there.
3. She was doing her own thing and not really focusing on you when you guys got there.
4. It was at night and she didn't want to go walking around alone.
5. This was the one and only time she has ever initiated anything for you guys to be alone together.

she might like you, best thing is to just ask. if you like her say you like her or else she might not give an honest opinion out of fear. hanging out outside of the classroom is wanting to get to know you more

Just stick with the study option. If you have a great time. Ask her out. Friendship between the sexes is not really a thing, in my opinion. If she don’t want a date, don’t bother with her, she might consider you as a backup.
