Florida gals, is this common, or was she on drugs?

So there was this gal I used to work nearby to. Me in the gas station, her in the attached Subway. She seemed friendly, sweet, and modest - at first. Then, she even got flirty with me. I didn't mind too much, but was afraid to go too far with returning how I felt, because she didn't reveal much about herself. She had my curiosity, but something seemed... off.

Lo and behold, I discovered she was only 20, but was already a vaper. Her coworkers warned her it was illegal to smoke under 21, but she didn't care. She then proceeded to begin arranging via text to meet in the parking lot with some of her old former high school connections. She'd take really long breaks, and chill with her homies... smoking next to the gas pumps the whole time, even though that's also illegal, for obvious reasons.

Finally, an assistant manager points out to her that if she's going to fraternize and take long breaks and smoke, she should at least have the decency to not smoke next to the pumps. She responds by rage quitting.

Next time I see her, she's showing up at 3 AM to flirt with me and ask me some question, but rattling it off in barely-coherent English. And seems annoyed that I won't sell her cigs, when she knows full well it's illegal for her to buy them from me.

She gives me a link to her Facebook page. Next I know, she vanishes. I send her a friend request. She sets me to follow-only. She gets a new boyfriend a day after that, and is taking nudies with him in the shower, censoring her bits with soap suds, and bragging about it.

She used to tell me about how she wanted to open up a hair studio in Orlando. But this is not de wae to get one.

Is this considered normal behavior for the region, or is she drug addled to point of not playing with a full deck?

I thought when I left Michigan, I was escaping the freaks. Turns out, I only escaped the psycho feminists. All the other weirdos are in spades where I live now.
