Why does she seem nervous/shy with me?

I've had full proper conversations with and I have known her for sometime. But for some reason she seems nervous/shy around me. Like she will happily say hello to me using my name and will wave to me. But when I talk to her she ends up playing with the collar on her shirt or lightly scratch the side of her neck. She doesn't behave like this around anyone else at work. The way she said hello to me recently by calling out my name and waving she doesn't do it with anyone else

Sounds like she's crushing on you.
Maybe with a careful approach, ask to do lunch.
Be careful dating at work tho cuz some places have policies that don't allow fraternization at the workplace to keep from being stressful and uncomfortable if ever things turn sour, thereby impairing productivity etc.

It's like we are breaking the ice everytime we see each other. My friend said she got concerned when she thought I had quit my job. There was other guy named Andrew who left. She instantly assumed it was me that left. She said " oh no not Andrew as well". She then went all quit and reserved. My friend then said after the minute silence " not that Andrew the other Andrew". She was then relieved and and said " oh I knew that Andrew left"

Sounds like she looks forward to seeing you at work and relieved that it wasn't you that quit.

I think it might be a good sign that she likes you.
Take it slow n easy with her to start off with.
Ask her to do lunch one day or grab a coffee, something simple n no pressure.
If you both agree that you don't want people at work to see, (it's actually better if you keep your professional lives and personal lives separate tho cuz people WILL talk and I doubt you want to be a topic in the rumor mill). Ask her how she'd feel about meeting after work and go from there.

My friend also mentioned to her that I was helping them move her house. They told me as soon as I was mentioned she widened her eyes the moment she heard my name

Exactly that. She heard your name.
I know I'm only speculating here, but maybe she wonders how you're doing, and if you ever think of her as often as she thinks of you etc. She also might be too shy or embarrassed to tell you and maybe hopes you'll ask to see her outside of work, but doesn't want to ruin the nice friendship you two have.

That's just another sign that she likes you.
She can tell that you like her too.
Get her number n ask her out.
I think both of you'll be glad you did.

She got concerned when she thought I had quit my job. When she found out it wasn't me she was relieved. This was confirmed she was concerned it was me as they clarified with her it was me who she thought I had left
