Is harassing someone against the law even if that person is just saying "hey" after you told that person not to speak to you?

There is this person who has been harassing me for years, this person claims they knew me back in school but I don't remember that person then... anyways me I work at Walmart, as a customer everytime this person sees me she is always saying "hey", bit I can tell the difference between just speaking in a friendly way compare to teasing and that is what this person is doing. I'm not I'm not interested in her in any way, she thinks I'm a tool for her to play with because I'm quiet, I even told her to stop speaking to me I don't want nothing to do with you but she just laugh in my face, is that eligible for me to go to the laws on her?

She's basically bullying you everytime she sees you. Disrespecting you. They look for easy victims pray who can't defend themselves. Gather more proof, do voice recordings to gather evidence. So if you do end up going to law enforcement you have more than just your empty words, cus 21 century men are treated like shit.
But basically she dominates you and you dont know how to stand your ground. All u have to focus on is not going away physically stand on your spot and use time as your defence, you dont even have to say anything. Stand wait her"bla bla... bla... blablabal... leaves" its very important you move after she left thats victory. Its called body language communication. No words have to be used. I use this and it works i use it against managers and other higher power individual. Often they are confusee to why they feel like they lost. And they can't figure it out. Its primal comunnication its ehat animals use. Look it up you will see if everywhere. Look for guy vs lion. He uses just that bodylanguage.

To have a legal standing, the request would have to be part of a court order banning the meeting of the two parties. Visit your local police department, fill out a Contact Form with the information as you know it (it may take several sheets for you).
You can actually create your own Cease and Desist letters at any of several websites. A CADL does NOT have an official legal status- the receiving party cannot be arrested for not following the request. But you never know, it might be enough to back them off because of its official "look".

If I was in your position, I would probably ignore her entirely or curse her out until she cried…at least then she’d stay away from me out of fear of being yelled at again.

Yes, that’s harassment. If it was the other way around she’d have a restraining order on you already and the authorities would be on you. Don’t discard this just because she’s a female.
