Do guys think gauges are hot on girls?

I love gauges. Not the HUGE ones though. But maybe the size of your pinky finger.

Stretched lobes can be sexy, but it's all about accenting your face, expressing yourself, and most importantly people's preferences.

If you don't have your lobes stretched yet, but are thinking of it, I'll give you the rundown real quick.

standard ear rings are 18 gauge. You want to go 18 - 16- 14 - 12 -10 - 8 - 6- 4 - 2 - 0 - 00. After 00 you start going into measurements ( inch fractions). Those size up by 1/16' of an inch. Some people can go by 1/8" but that's only recommended by body type. You can get your ears pierced at bigger gauges to help speed up the process. The biggest needle size is a 4 gauge. Some shops only carry up to a 6 though. If you have a high tolerance for pain you get your ears dermal punched, which is pretty much like using a hole punch on your ears.

NEVER skip sizes. Ripping HURTS and can lead to infection, floppy ears, blow outs, scar tissue build up, etc. Take your time and do it right.

You should go one size bigger a month. Recommended ever 3 months, but most people can skate by with just a month in between sizing. Plugs are expensive so if you want to save some money wrap nonstick tape around your plugs. 2 wraps every other day and you'll be able to skip on buying certain sizes (for example. skip from 2 gauge to 00, without actually skipping.)

Side note, depending most ears WILL shrink in size after being stretched, even to larger sizes. I had my ears up to a full inch and they shrank 1/4" by leaving the plugs out for a few weeks.

Also leave your plugs out while you sleep. This keeps them dry and avoids that death smell. It also keeps them from snagging on the pillow and the inevitable search for them the next morning.

i personally don't mind them, I did at first when my girlfriend of the then time started to stretch her ears out. But I grew used to them and they actually started to grow on me. I think small ones are fine, she had hers at a zero and they didn't look as good as when they were smaller. I wouldn't do it to my ears but theyre alright with me

I have one my self...a small one that until I say no one notices..but I love it...

if you like it do it...and don't listen to what everybody says...if they don't like than they shouldn't look...

and by the way the only way you'll get a saggy hole is if you do a huge gauges ... seriously...i took my plug out and after a month I had to re extend it..so don't worry about that...

a guage is a size, so I never did get the term...

but anything bigger than 8g jewelry and you will end up with saggy ear holes. A freind of mine was just denied entry into the coastguard because of his nasty floppy ear holes when he took out his jewelry
