Of course they can! Women are people. People can smell bad. I will grant you, that a girl who smells bad is WAYYYYYY more rare than a guy who smells bad. I figure that's just because girls tend to be better at 'taking care of themselves' than guys. But I can assure you... from experience, that girls can absolutely smell bad.

That's the illusion (I'm glad) women maintain. But... I can assure you. Women can and do smell. They just make more of an effort not to. But I have smelled them sir. I assure you I'm not lying to you. 😀Also, for the record... women also poop. Despite the fact that pooping is soooo unfeminine... they just can't help it.

I love the illusion too. Just... don't kid yourself into thinking women aren't just people. They really are. Just pretty ones, who generally do smell quite nice.
