It depends on if it’s for her business that she makes these and sells them on Etsy. If that’s the case, then I would stay to support her business but if she’s collecting these and needs more than one and probably paid a lot of money for these, I would make her choose between me or the doll heads. But, if she made all of these herself, then I would be impressed because they do look professionally made and the quality is consistent because one doesn’t look better than the other, which means she’s a professional in her field of work, which I fully support.
