How to comfort your girlfriend?

It's almost 2 in the morning my girlfriend can't sleep she's been crying. How can I comfort her? What should I say to her?

Just allow her to process her feelings, thoughts and just be there for her. Don’t talk to her, if she speaks to you just listen. (Unless she’s needing feedback or your responses) The most important thing is that you’re there with her. She will remember that later on.

stay by her side, don't force her to speak out just be present, maybe help her get some breakfast (don't force her too much, maybe a little so she doesn't lose energy)
ask her if she wants to talk about it? or she wants u to just stya in the space with her or if she wants some alone time
