Why she smile and wave to me everytime she sees me, but then only has a in depth conversation when both of us are alone?

She barely knows me, but then she only gives me a really nice warm smile and says hello everytime. But our best conversations are when the 2 of us are alone.

Some people are more open to chatting in smaller environments, not so much in larger crowds with more people.

She is just just lighting up too when she sees me. She has also been asking me questions like how work is going for me etc. She wouldn't make eye contact with me the other day. But I saw her smile whilst looking down when I said something sortable funny. Then she says hello how are you with a smile from across the room a little later.
