Why do all the women at my job randomly start flirting with me at the same time?

I've been working at a sports bar for a while and I'm beginning to notice this pattern where the women there will go from just being almost cordial to complimenting how I look and standing really close to me or otherwise trying to get me to touch them in some way.

A few years ago I would have loved it, but now I feel like I know what I want in a woman and the ones who don't fit that bill don't interest me much. I used to flirt there all the time, I even had a bit of a reputation there. Certainly not one I'm living up to anymore.

Anyway, anyone know why this might be happening. Most of the women working with me now are new but have definitely heard that I used to lay a lot of women there.

I'm talking about my co-workers, not the customers.

I do a lot better with my coworkers anyway.

Welcome to the service industry experience. Men and women both get unwanted attention from customers.

On on hand, exploiting this for tips is a well-known and well-rewarded strategy.

But you should always be able to tell a customer when they're being inappropriate.

It's okay to reciprocate with socially obligated niceties in search of a good tip. But you don't need to have any deeper feelings.

Competition is a beautiful thing. People like people who are wanted. You have all these rumors going around how you have laid some women.. maybe they are curious too.. or maybe you have a good personality that makes women hot and bothered.
